What is EZWay Parking's Daily Valet Parking Rate?
$10.00 per day, plus a one-time reservation fee of $5.00 on the website. You will then pay for the remaining days at $10.00 per day plus tax at the physical valet lot at the end of your trip.
 
Do I have to Prepay when making a reservation?
Yes, (1) one day of parking plus a reservation fee of $5.00. The balance of your trip will be calculated at our parking facility, this will included your balance, 15% city tax and a service fee of $6.00.
 
How long in advance should I make my Reservation prior to my trip?
You can book up to the last minute using our website.
 
Is there an Hourly Parking Rate?
No, we run our daily parking facility based on 24 hour intervals. Example: Joe and his family arrive at EZway Parking on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to park their vehicle and leave for their vacation, we clocked them in at 12:00 P.M. and shuttled them to Newark Airport. They arrive back at EZway Parking Saturday May 1, 2010 (one week later) at 4:00 P.M. We clock them out at 4:00 P.M. We charged Joe and his family (8) days for parking plus 15% tax.
 
Do I have to pay 15% City Parking Tax?
Yes, the City of Elizabeth requires all parking lots to collect 15% Parking Tax from all of their customers in the City of Elizabeth. Example: Joe and his family park for (8) days at EZway Parking. Joe and his family were able to obtain a discount coupon from the internet which gave them $3.00 off per day. (8 days of parking) x $12.00 = $96.00, plus 15% NJ Tax = $110.40 total.
 
 
Airport Parking Refund Policy
 
Can I receive a refund for my reservation?
Unfortunately, reservations are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, a parking spot is exclusively reserved under your name. Parking spots cannot be used by another individual and so cannot be refunded. Reservations have an expiration date of 365 and can be altered as needed.

Do you have a customer service center to help me with reservations?
Our customer service center can be contacted at 1-877-762-9095 x-2 for aid and support. Customer service representatives are available from Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. To make reservations use our website, www.EZwaypParking.com. The website will track your reservation and confirmation number (invoice number). Monthly money saving coupons can be accessed from our website as well.
 
What do I need to bring to the parking facility on departure day?
Print your Confirmation Detail Page, discount coupon, and valet ticket must be present and shown to the parking facility manager.
 
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be cancelled by contacting our customer service center at 1-877-762-9095 x-2. Please clearly state your name, confirmation number (invoice number), and reason for cancellation and it will be handled promptly.
 
How can I change my reservation?
Upon booking reservation, a confirmation email was sent to you. Log in at www.EZwayParking.com using the confirmation user ID (email) and computer-generated password received in email. Click the change reservation link and adjust accordingly.

What happens if my vehicle is damaged while parking at your facility? Whose insurance covers the damage?
Your Insurance must cover the damage. A complaint form must be filled out at the parking facility or downloaded on our website, www.EZwayParking.com, to indicate damages. Your insurance company should pay for damages through their No Fault Policy.
 
Should I leave valuables in my car while parking at your facility?
No, valuables should not be left unmonitored. EZway Parking, Inc is not responsible for any personal belongings left in any vehicle. Although we have strict security including video cameras, fencing, lighting, and security guards, and etc. Belongings might get lost or damaged occasionally, so please don't leave any valuable items in your vehicles. The fact is; if there isn t anything to be lost or stolen, it won't be!
